It can also help people who are obsessive or compulsive, guiding them in identifying their fears and allowing them to change their reactions to those fears.

Cognitive behavior Therapy has been observed to be a very effective treatment when coupled with medication. Patients who undergo both treatments together have better results than those who only take medicines.
