The most important question you should ask yourself is whether or not the 24/7 Fat Loss plan is really for you. I have no doubt that Joel Marion and Craig Ballantyne deliver a fantastic plan which does indeed work. However, it may not be specifically right for you. I want to make sure that it is.
So, let’s see what you need to be able to do in order to use this program in the best way possible:
1. You need to be healthy – There’s no point in trying to do this program unless you’re healthy and able to workout. You need to be able to do intense workouts on a regular basis. Make sure that you’re healthy enough for that.
2. You need to be willing to train – I’m not talking about just going to the gym and passing the time away. I’m talking about doing some hard workouts, maybe harder and more efficient than you are used to. This is the only way to achieve the kind of fat loss that we’re talking about here. The only way. So, be ready to put in a lot of work or there is no point in you even trying out this program.
3. You need to have the time – Craig Ballantyne is not the kind of trainer who believes in long and tedious workouts. In fact, his work is mostly made up of short workouts with an emphasis on intensity. Therefore, you won’t need a lot of free time to take part in this program. However, you still need to do 3 workouts a week at least, each of which is 45 minutes long. So, make sure you have the time.
4. Do you really want it – 24/7 Fat Loss is not the easiest program in the world. I have no doubt that you will see awesome results with it, but you have to really want it in order to succeed. Therefore, I need you to really want to change your body. You need to be motivated. If you are, then you should be able to do this program and succeed with it.
