This may sound silly, but if you use a smaller plate when plating up your food, you will be less tempted to add more food to make it look like the plate is full. The next tip that I recommend is you start exercising, it does not have to be a lot of exercise. Just start walking. I know that I go on and on about the benefits of walking, but it really does work and it is so very simple. With that in mind, I strongly recommend that you start walking if you want to lose that unwanted weight today.
Ok, so far you are eating less and starting exercising. I know that above I have mentioned that there may be nothing wrong with the food that you are selecting, but this may not always be the case. Most people are tempted to eat foods that are high in sugar – these are bad for your weight loss goals. This is why, I recommend you avoid foods that are high in sugar, massive tip: all junk food is high in sugar. So you should avoid all sugar, even sugar in your coffee and you should definitely avoid eating junk food.
You should always try nutritional supplements, such as protein shakes. These can be use to replace certain meals, in particular dinner. I have been doing some home studies on the effects of replacing dinner with a protein shake and to be honest, I have really pleased with the results. Dinner is usually the number one meal that most people over eat on, that is why I recommend you should try and replace it with a low calorie protein shake. Also, it is strongly recommend that you take a vitamin supplement. This will not help you lose weight, but it can be quite beneficial to your general health.
